Job summary

RENA Technologies North America is seeking an Electrical Engineer II in Albany, OR. The role collaborates with a team to design, develop, and test electrical equipment and systems, applying engineering principles to ensure reliability and safety.

The candidate will lead junior engineers, prepare complex schematics and BOMs, and ensure designs meet industry standards. A Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering and 4+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 4+ years of experience in electrical power systems design.
• Experience integrating electrical heaters, pumps, PLCs, computers and controllers.
• Strong interpersonal, time management and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to junior design team members.
• Develop advanced electrical system schematics and BOMs for complex equipment.
• Create design solutions and perform advanced engineering tasks on schedule.
• Ensure designs comply with NEC, UL, NFPA, CE and SEMI standards.
• Oversee purchase parts specification process with Materials team for sourcing.
• Ensure assemblies and panels follow internal and industry best practices.
