This role is designed for an engineer with a strong technical foundation who is ready to take on more complex design responsibilities. Working under the guidance of a Lead Engineer, you will contribute to the design of electrical distribution, lighting, and power systems, while sharpening your skills in technical specifications and interdisciplinary coordination. You will play a key role in moving projects from initial design through site implementation, ensuring all deliverables meet our rigorous quality standards.
The base salary is one component of PAE’s competitive compensation package for employees. We consider a variety of factors, including skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, internal equity and geographic location, to determine the exact salary offered. Employees are eligible for annual compensation reviews based on performance and business needs. The above range represents PAE's good faith estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting.
