Amrize is hiring an Electrician to perform electrical and maintenance tasks in a manufacturing setting. The role emphasizes safe work practices, documentation, and collaboration with plant supervisors to maintain electrical systems.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree in electrical/electronics, is proficient with PLC/PCs, and can work overtime or on-call as needed. MSHA PPE and safety adherence are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in electrical or electronics or equivalent training.
• Ability to work independently.
• Proficient use of PLC/PCs in electrical maintenance.
• Willingness to work overtime and respond to call-ins.
• Basic math, reading and writing skills in English.
• Electrical and mechanical skills are required.
• Must wear PPE per MSHA and safety rules.
• Able to pass pre-employment physical/drug/alcohol test.

Responsabilités

• Safely perform electrical repairs and installs in a manufacturing setting.
• Comply with Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) policies and promote safety.
• Plan jobs and document new and existing electrical installations.
• Perform preventative maintenance on electrical equipment.
• Work effectively in a team or independently.
• Communicate with multiple levels within the organization.
• Maintain company property and equipment in good condition.
