Job summary

Hatch is seeking a dynamic Junior Electrical Engineer in Tampa, FL to support projects across water, wastewater, and infrastructure. Reporting to the Project Delivery Group, you will contribute to electrical construction documents and engineering studies, gaining hands-on experience on diverse facilities.

You will work with engineers from multiple disciplines, develop calculations and specifications, and grow your knowledge of power distribution, SCADA, NEC compliance, and on-site supervision.

Qualifications

• Recent or soon-to-be graduate with relevant skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3.0 GPA

Responsibilities

• Develop electrical construction documents for water/wastewater and related facilities.
• Create calculations, studies, modeling, specs, and supervise construction.
• Learn power distribution, switchgear, SCADA, NEC compliance.
• Gain on-site practical experience.
