Job summary

Hatch is seeking a dynamic Junior Electrical Engineer to support the Project Delivery Group from our Pittsburgh, PA office. You will work with engineers to develop electrical construction documents for diverse projects, including water/wastewater, technology facilities, and industrial plants, while gaining hands-on on-site exposure.

Ideal candidates are recent graduates with an electrical engineering degree, GPA 3.0+, and a strong desire to learn within a collaborative, safety‑driven

Qualifications

• Recent or soon-to-be university/college graduates with relevant skills.
• Preferred bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.

Responsibilities

• Develop electrical construction documents for water/wastewater, facilities, and industrial projects.
• Produce electrical calculations, engineering studies, and technical specifications.
• Gain knowledge in power distribution, SCADA, NEC compliance, and related systems.
• Acquire on-site practical experience through project involvement.
