You will create single-line diagrams, layout drawings, and perform arc flash studies while supporting senior engineers in equipment selection. The role also involves on-site investigations and a hybrid work model that balances office and project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited college or university.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access).
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base.
• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design electrical systems for buildings and facilities, including power system planning and distribution.
• Develop lighting design, fire and life safety systems, and low voltage distribution systems.
• Produce single-line diagrams, installation details, cable schedules, and control panel layouts.
• Conduct Arc Flash / Short-Circuit Current studies and coordination studies.
• Support senior engineers in selection and specification of electrical equipment.
• Perform on-site field investigations and construction reviews; collaborate across teams.
