Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience designing and releasing PCBAs into production.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• Strong knowledge of high-speed digital design, signal integrity, and power electronics.
• Experience with schematic capture and PCB design for high-reliability applications (aerospace/defense preferred).
• Ability to interpret design specifications, datasheets, and technical drawings.
• Growth mindset and results-oriented approach.
