Critical Loop, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to drive electrical systems manufacturing excellence across our product lines in Torrance, CA.

This role focuses on building scalable, efficient production and advancing automation to accelerate time-to-market. Responsibilities include owning build and inspection for electrical assemblies, refining processes, and collaborating with product engineering to ensure manufacturability while meeting safety and quality standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, manufacturing, aerospace, materials or industrial engineering.
• 5+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing or production.

Responsabilidades

• Own build and inspection process for electrical assemblies and systems integration.
• Develop and refine manufacturing processes and work instructions for safety, quality, efficiency and delivery.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to solve production challenges.
• Evaluate designs for manufacturability with product engineering in a fast-paced environment.
• Resolve non-conformances with quality for root-cause corrective actions.
• Plan and execute capital equipment and layout upgrades to meet growth.
• Refine floor layouts, capacity models and product flow for on-time delivery.
