Salary: $125,000–$150,000 per year, total compensation $135,000–$160,000.

Job Details

Senior Electrical Engineer/Project Manager responsible for delivering design/build and renovation projects in healthcare, hospitals, and medical facilities. Must manage multiple projects at various stages, including planning, design, production, quality control, and financial responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical direction and mentorship for engineering team to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Coordinate activities of all team members, ensuring production meets schedules while maintaining reasonable profit.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance, representing the electric discipline at project meetings.
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring technical and formal communication standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience designing and managing electrical/M.E.P. projects in engineering consulting or design/build environments.
• Proven experience designing power and lighting building systems on complex projects.
• Project experience delivering new construction and/or renovation projects for healthcare, hospitals, and medical facilities; experience in commercial, education, government, or transportation is a plus.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software.
• Experience managing moderate to complex construction costs and life‑cycle analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule and manage tasks for the electrical discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong technical leadership and management skills.
• Familiarity with local building codes and standards and ability to mentor junior staff.
