Job summary

HW Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced electrical hardware design engineer to develop analog and digital circuits for advanced products. You will support production test equipment, work with PCB layouts, and collaborate across teams to launch new products.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, reliability, and engineering changes in challenging environments, with a strong emphasis on documentation and design reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of electrical hardware design experience.
• Experience with analog/digital circuit design, power conversion, and PCB development.
• Background in defense, aerospace, medical devices, or other high-reliability industries preferred.
• Familiarity with Cadence OrCAD, Allegro, and PSpice is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop analog and digital electronic circuits for advanced products.
• Support the creation of production test equipment and manufacturing processes.
• Work with PCB layouts, power supplies, microcontrollers, sensors, and mixed-signal electronics.
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis using lab equipment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate, validate, and launch new products.
• Create design documentation and participate in design reviews.
• Support product reliability in challenging environments and assist with engineering changes.
