HW Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced electrical hardware design engineer to develop analog and digital circuits for advanced products. You will support production test equipment, work with PCB layouts, and collaborate across teams to launch new products.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, reliability, and engineering changes in challenging environments, with a strong emphasis on documentation and design reviews.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of electrical hardware design experience.
• Experience with analog/digital circuit design, power conversion, and PCB development.
• Background in defense, aerospace, medical devices, or other high-reliability industries preferred.
• Familiarity with Cadence OrCAD, Allegro, and PSpice is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
