You’ll complete three 8-month rotations, with opportunities for placement in roles that demand excellence and leadership after the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum one internship in an Engineering related role.
• Recent graduates or early career professionals with less than 2 years of experience.
• Demonstrated leadership values and core professional skills.

Responsibilities

• Build core professional skills in Engineering with cross-functional relations.
• Engage in rotations across Engineering, Product Management, and Operations.
• Participate in networking with program team and leadership.
• Support post-program placement into roles requiring leadership.
