Job summary

CS Power Systems, a division of Canadian Solar, is seeking an Electrical Engineer for our Jeffersonville, IN facility to help maintain and optimize power distribution, production equipment, and facility electrical systems. You will work with cross-functional teams, perform preventive maintenance, ensure NEC/OSHA compliance, and support energy management initiatives.

A bachelor’s in electrical engineering and 1–2 years of relevant experience are required; the role is on-site with occasional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years in facility management or building systems maintenance.
• Knowledge of power systems, industrial automation, controls, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain electrical infrastructure across manufacturing facilities.
• Troubleshoot production equipment, panels, PLC, VFD, and sensors.
• Develop preventive maintenance plans and manage safety compliance.
• Monitor energy usage and support cost-saving initiatives.
• Prepare reports and coordinate with contractors and vendors.
• Provide training to staff on facility procedures and safety.
