Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline such as electrical, mechanical, or energy management.
• At least two (2) years of energy management experience, or journeyman certification in industrial HVAC with two (2) years of energy management experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC and Building Automation Systems (BAS) including Trane Ensemble, Johnson Controls, SCADA.

Responsibilities

• Monitor computerized Energy Management and track energy usage.
• Respond to industrial alarms and reduce energy costs.
• Support continuous improvement in power consumption.

Skills

Energy management experience

HVAC knowledge

Certified Energy Manager (CEM)

Ability to interpret drawings and graphs

Understanding of BAS platforms
