Job summary

1898 & Co., part of Burns & McDonnell, is looking for a dedicated Electrical Engineer based in Atlanta, Georgia. You will support power system studies, perform technical assessments, and analyze engineering data to aid in designing sustainable energy solutions.

The ideal applicant will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, with strong communication and analytical skills. In this full-time role, you will travel 25% of the time while working collaboratively on various projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or related degree from an accredited program.
• Prior internship and/or related consulting experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge in standard engineering techniques, principles, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical and analytical support activities related to power systems planning.
• Support power system studies involving generation and transmission.
• Analyze engineering, operational, and economic data.
