Job summary

Exemplar Global in Huntsville, Alabama, is seeking an Electrical Engineer to lead the development of next-generation electronics from concept through production. This onsite, direct-hire role emphasizes hands-on circuit design, hardware validation, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and manufacturing teams.

You will design, test, and iterate power electronics and high-speed circuits, troubleshoot EMI/EMC and hardware issues, and drive product readiness for market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of hands-on electronics design experience.
• Experience with circuit design, hardware development, and product validation.
• Strong understanding of power electronics, power management, or power supply design.
• Experience with PCB design/layout tools such as Altium, Cadence, or similar.
• Familiarity with simulation tools such as LTspice, PSpice, TINA, or equivalent.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical, EMI/EMC, or hardware performance issues.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with customers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and validate electronic circuits and hardware systems.
• Support product development from concept, prototype, testing, and production.
• Troubleshoot hardware, power, signal integrity, and electrical performance issues.
• Conduct circuit simulation, analysis, and validation activities.
• Review schematics and collaborate on PCB layout and design decisions.
• Investigate and resolve EMI/EMC and electrical noise issues.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and customers to deliver innovative solutions.
