Job summary

Apex Electronics Talent is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer for on-site work in Huntsville, AL. The role focuses on designing electronic products for RFQ proposals and supporting full production release, with relocation support offered.

You will review customer specs, lead design reviews, and generate assembly documentation, ensuring system-level and electrical reliability for automotive applications. Required are 5+ years in EE circuit board design and strong skills in schematic capture,

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of EE experience in circuit board design from concept to production.
Ability to create and interpret schematic and wiring drawings.
Ability to conduct failure analysis with standard laboratory equipment on electronic and vehicle level assemblies.
Able to convey, in written reports, findings of Failure Analysis results.
System integration knowledge.

Responsibilities

Design new electronic products during RFQ proposals and support full production release.
Review customer and industry specifications and adhere to release timelines.
Support design reviews and create assembly documentation packages.
Provide preproduction build support and transfers to production.
Perform system-level engineering and electrical problem analysis for automotive systems.
