Exemplar Global in Huntsville, Alabama, is seeking an Electrical Engineer to lead the development of next-generation electronics from concept through production. This onsite, direct-hire role emphasizes hands-on circuit design, hardware validation, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and manufacturing teams.

You will design, test, and iterate power electronics and high-speed circuits, troubleshoot EMI/EMC and hardware issues, and drive product readiness for market.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
4+ years of hands-on electronics design experience.
Experience with circuit design, hardware development, and product validation.
Strong understanding of power electronics, power management, or power supply design.
Experience with PCB design/layout tools such as Altium, Cadence, or similar.
Familiarity with simulation tools such as LTspice, PSpice, TINA, or equivalent.
Experience troubleshooting electrical, EMI/EMC, or hardware performance issues.
Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with customers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

We're partnering with an innovative electronics manufacturer seeking an Electrical Engineer to support the development of next-generation electronic products from concept through production.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges, designing circuits, troubleshooting hardware issues, and bringing products to market.

What You'll Be Doing
