Job summary

Exelon is seeking an EMS engineering professional to maintain the transmission grid models and support EMS/iTOA. Hybrid role based in Kennett Square, PA office with in-office requirements three days a week.

You will work on real-time engineering support for State Estimator and Contingency Analysis, develop procedures, and contribute to project planning and execution with guidance from senior engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex electrical and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of engineering designs, principles and practices.
• Knowledge of complex field test equipment.
• 4-7 years of professional engineering experience.
• Experience with regulations, codes and standards relevant to engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Performs engineering assignments of moderate complexity with independent judgement.
• Leads small projects or tasks, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Provides technical support for design, installation and maintenance of systems.
• Participates in evaluation and improvement of technical systems and processes.
