Job summary

Exelon is seeking an EMS engineer for the ESG group in Kennett Square, with hybrid work in-office three days a week. Responsibilities include maintaining EMS/iTOA data, model updates, and real-time support for System Operations on State Estimator and Contingency Analysis.

The role requires a B.S. in Engineering, 2–4 years of experience, and strong analytical/problem-solving abilities, plus familiarity with simulation tools and regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
• 2 - 4 years of professional engineering experience.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex electrical and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge and ability to apply problem solving approaches and engineering theory.
• Knowledge of engineering designs, principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Performs engineering assignments while exercising independent discretion under the guidance of an experienced engineer.
• Performs engineering tasks on large projects or multiple small projects.
• May direct engineering tasks on large projects or multiple small projects.
