Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or an ABET‑accredited program.
• At least 4 years of experience designing electrical systems for commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred, or EIT with progress toward PE.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), and electrical analysis/design tools like SKM/ETAP.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and modify electrical systems, components, and equipment to meet project requirements and client specifications.
• Prepare detailed electrical designs, schematics, calculations, and construction documents for electrical and lighting systems.
• Perform feasibility studies, engineering analyses, and system evaluations to support project planning and execution.
• Conduct testing, commissioning, and performance assessments to ensure electrical systems meet functionality, reliability, and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and recommend design improvements.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
