Farcast is seeking an Electrical Engineer to design and bring up next-generation phased array antennas for satellite communications. You will create schematics and PCB layouts, select components, and drive testing from prototype to production, collaborating with RF, systems, mechanical, software, and manufacturing teams.

This hands-on role emphasizes cross-disciplinary execution, system-level thinking, and delivering reliable, high-density electronics for satellite connectivity.

Qualificações

• Experience with schematic capture and PCB layout using Altium, OrCAD, Allegro, or similar tools.
• Hands-on experience in analog, digital, RF, or power electronics.
• Familiarity with signal integrity, power integrity, transmission lines, and basic PCB design principles.
• Hands-on testing with oscilloscopes, power supplies, multimeters, spectrum analyzers.

Responsabilidades

• Design schematics and PCB layouts for RF, mixed-signal, digital, and power electronics.
• Select components and optimize electrical performance, power, thermal, and cost.
• Support PCB/PCBA fabrication, assembly, and bring-up with internal and external partners.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate circuits and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with RF, systems, mechanical, software, and manufacturing engineers to integrate electronics into antenna systems.
• Support design verification, reliability testing, and transition to production.
