Job summary

Farcast in the United States is seeking Antenna Engineers to design phased-array antennas for next-generation satellite user terminals. You will own the design from element to array performance and collaborate with RF, electronics, mechanical, software, and systems engineers to turn concepts into manufacturable hardware.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on antennas.
• 3 years of hands-on antenna design and testing experience.
• Experience with full-wave simulations and lab testing.

Responsibilities

• Design antenna elements (patch, slot, dipole) for arrays.
• Optimize performance for bandwidth, gain, and return loss.
• Develop scripts to analyze array radiation patterns (directivity, beamwidth).
• Perform HFSS simulations for elements and large arrays.
• Create test plans and perform measurements with VNA and CATR.
