Job summary

Raven Defense Corporation seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design, modeling, assembly, and field troubleshooting in Albuquerque, NM. The role bridges customer requirements and mission-ready hardware, collaborating across functions to move designs from screen to field.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on PCB development, harness design, and regulatory awareness to support Satellite Communications, Telemetry, and Electronic Warfare programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience developing electrical schematics, harness drawings, and performing hands-on system integration
• Proven ability to maintain technical excellence in a high-tempo environment with shifting priorities and mission-critical deadlines
• Proficiency in DoD guidelines and standards, security procedures, testing protocols, and administrative standards

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical loads analysis, complex harness design, and selection and integration of COTS equipment
• Drive the design and prototyping of PCBs for telemetry, RF, or mixed-signal applications
• Perform system wiring, troubleshooting, and field-level repairs of mission-critical equipment
• Serve as the electrical lead within a small, agile team to develop solutions for Satellite Communications, Telemetry, and Electronic Warfare
