Job summary

AV seeks an RF PCBA Design and Test Engineer based in Albuquerque, NM. The role involves designing and delivering high-reliability RF/mixed-signal printed circuit assemblies for complex radar and communication systems. You will manage the entire PCB lifecycle, from design to testing and integration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in RF/microwave and mixed-signal PCB development.
• Hands-on with hybrid stack-ups and controlled impedance design.
• Ability to obtain a DoD Top-Secret/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Define multilayer, hybrid dielectric RF stack for performance.
• Lead design reviews, maintain design histories, and manage BOMs.
• Plan and execute board bring-up with defined acceptance tests.
