DiClemente Siegel Design Inc. is expanding its Electrical Engineering team in Southfield, MI and Burton, MI. The firm seeks Experienced Electrical Engineers to design power, lighting, and specialty systems for diverse facilities, ranging from research to healthcare and government sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 4+ years of experience in electrical systems design for buildings (power, lighting, controls, fire alarm, data).
• Experience with AutoCAD or Revit and construction documentation.
• Familiarity with NEC and Michigan electrical codes; willingness to travel to Michigan project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, controls, fire alarm, data communications at our in-office setting.
• Develop schematic designs, design development sets, and construction documents.
• Follow projects from inception to construction completion.
• Participate in project team meetings and coordinate across architecture and engineering teams.
• Review submittals and assist with construction-phase services, including shop drawings and field punch lists.
• Ensure compliance with NEC and Michigan codes and optimize system performance.
