Job summary

Yoh Services LLC is seeking an Electrical Engineer for the AM shift to troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues on autonomous vehicles. The role focuses on root-cause analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and supporting bring-up and validation of AV systems.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in electrical engineering with 3+ years of experience, strong documentation skills, and proficiency with diagnostic tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering, troubleshooting, or validation.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, circuits, and components.
• Experience with electrical diagnostic tools (multimeter, oscilloscope, CAN diagnostics) and software diagnostic tools (CLI, log interpretation).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on root-cause analysis.

Electrical Engineering Services - AM Shift

Scope:

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues on autonomous vehicles.
• Perform root-cause analysis and drive issues to resolution, including cross-team collaboration.
• Support the bring-up and validation of autonomous vehicle systems.
• Design, execute, and analyze electrical tests.
• Develop, maintain, and improve electrical documentation and test procedures.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and systems engineers to ensure successful project execution.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering, troubleshooting, or validation.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, circuits, and components.
• Experience with electrical diagnostic tools (multimeter, oscilloscope, CAN diagnostics).
• Familiarity with software diagnostic tools (command line interfaces, interpreting log files).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on root-cause analysis.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and technical documentation skills.
• Comfortable using standard business tools (spreadsheets, email, documentation tools).
• Willing and able to travel for medium durations as needed.

Pluses:

• 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering or related field.
• Automotive familiarity (wiring harnesses, module diagnostics/troubleshooting).
• Linux OS familiarity (hands on experience, programming/ coding).
• Experience working with API development, evaluation, or testing.
• Experience with autonomous or electric vehicles.
• Experience with prototype or early-stage development engineering projects.
• Experience working in manufacturing, validation, or vehicle bring-up environments.

Estimated Min Rate: $40.00

Estimated Max Rate: $50.00
