Job Summary:
ILIOS Power is looking for a dedicated and experienced Electrical Engineer to manage and oversee the erection and commissioning of 33kV transmission lines for our solar power projects. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in electrical engineering, with hands-on experience in transmission line execution, particularly within the solar sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute the erection and commissioning of 33kV transmission lines for solar projects as per approved drawings and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with civil, electrical, and structural teams for smooth execution at site.
• Plan daily activities, monitor project schedules, and ensure timely completion of transmission line works.
• Handle material inspection, erection, stringing, sagging, and testing of transmission line components (towers, poles, conductors, insulators, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards, statutory requirements, and quality procedures during construction activities.
• Liaise with government utilities and local authorities (DISCOMs, CEIG, etc.) for statutory inspections and approvals.
• Maintain detailed site execution reports, including work progress, quality checks, and incident reports.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during erection and provide timely solutions to ensure smooth progress.
• Assist in procurement planning of materials and equipment related to 33kV transmission lines.
• Ensure proper documentation and handover of transmission lines post-completion.

Key Requirements:

• Education: B. Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in the execution of 33kV transmission lines.
• Industry Exposure: Preference will be given to candidates from the Solar EPC background.
• Strong understanding of electrical drawings, transmission line standards, and erection methodologies.
• Good knowledge of relevant Indian standards (IS), CEA regulations, and safety norms.
• Willingness to work at project locations and travel as required.
