Research, design, and develop system level mixed mode models for functional subsystems within custom ASICS (application specific integrated circuits). Run simulations using the models and interpreting the results to identify flaws or errors in the system implementation and identify corrective actions. Manage the full circuit design tape-out and fabrication cycle, followed by comprehensive post-silicon validation and characterization utilizing advanced RF test and measurement equipment (e.g., signal analyzers, network analyzers, and oscilloscopes).
Masters degree + 3 years experience or Bachelors degree with + 5 years experience.
Up to 10% domestic and international travel.
