Job Summary:

Seeking an Electrical Engineer with experience in designing and implementing electrical systems for commercial buildings. This role involves designing low voltage systems, overseeing project development, conducting electrical assessments, ensuring compliance with building codes, and collaborating with construction teams to ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement electrical systems for commercial building projects.

- Conduct feasibility studies, system analysis, and load calculations.

- Prepare detailed electrical schematics, layouts, and plans.

- Ensure projects comply with local building codes and regulations.

- Coordinate with architects, construction managers, and other engineers.

- Conduct on-site inspections and troubleshoot electrical issues.

- Maintain project documentation and provide reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

- 2+ years of experience in commercial building projects (Project Management roles available for PE's)

- Proficiency in Revit

- Knowledge of electrical codes and standards (e.g., NEC).

- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with energy-efficient and sustainable building practices.

- Familiarity with low-voltage systems and smart building technology.

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

EIT or PE PREFERRED NOT Required
