We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Electrical Engineer (PE) to join our team, specializing in electrical power system studies and design. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and proficiency with industry-standard tools and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and perform electrical power system studies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Utilize advanced power system modeling software (ETAP, SKM, EasyPower, ASPEN, etc.) for analysis and design.
• Review, interpret, and develop one-line diagrams, schematics, and system models.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Collaborate with utilities, industrial clients, and project teams on system design, protection schemes, and interconnection requirements.
• Support system commissioning, troubleshooting, and testing activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution (Master’s degree preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in electrical power system studies and design.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred; ability to obtain PE required.
• Expert knowledge of power system analysis tools (ETAP, SKM, EasyPower, ASPEN, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems from low to high voltage (up to 500kV).
• Familiarity with IEEE, NEC, NFPA 70E, NESC, and other relevant standards.
• Proven project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills—able to present complex technical concepts clearly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Power Systems.
• Experience with transient stability, dynamic modeling, or renewable energy integration studies.
• Background in utilities, large industrial facilities, or electrical service providers.
• Hands-on field experience with commissioning, testing, or troubleshooting.
