Job summary

You will analyze failures, review specs, and collaborate across teams to resolve issues and ensure product quality. Experience with PCB-level and system-level diagnostics is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 2+ years in electrical engineering, preferably in electronics manufacturing.
• Ability to read schematics and engineering docs.
• Experience troubleshooting PCB- and system-level failures using diagnostic tools.
• Strong knowledge of AC/DC power systems and components.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of server and data-center hardware.

Our client, a leading organization in the technology manufacturing sector, is seeking a Electrical Engineer to join their team. As a Electrical Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering department supporting manufacturing, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Electrical Engineer

Location: El Paso, Texas

Pay Range: $80 - $140

What's the Job?

• Support manufacturing, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of server and data-center hardware products.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• 2+ years of electrical engineering experience, preferably in electronics manufacturing or high-volume production environments.

• Proficiency in reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering documentation.

• Experience troubleshooting PCB-level and system-level electrical failures using diagnostic equipment.

• Strong understanding of AC/DC power systems, electronic components, and root cause analysis methodologies.
