Job summary

ManpowerGroup, through its Experis and Talent Solutions brands, is seeking an Electrical Engineer in El Paso, Texas. The role focuses on supporting manufacturing, testing, and continuous improvement of server and data-center hardware products.

You will analyze failures, review specs, and collaborate across teams to resolve issues and ensure product quality. Experience with PCB-level and system-level diagnostics is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 2+ years in electrical engineering, preferably in electronics manufacturing.
• Ability to read schematics and engineering docs.
• Experience troubleshooting PCB- and system-level failures using diagnostic tools.
• Strong knowledge of AC/DC power systems and components.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of server and data-center hardware.
• Analyze electrical failures and review specifications to ensure product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support new product introduction activities, including validation testing and process transfer.
• Participate in root cause analysis to improve reliability and manufacturing efficiency.
