A semiconductor client of Insight Global is looking for an Electrical Engineer, PE to join their team in Chandler, AZ! This individual will develop and review electrical designs to support a 24x7 production environment, this breaks down to being about 70% focused on design engineering and 30% on reliability initiatives. Relocation assistance provided, fully onsite role.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience as an Electrical Engineer with a strong background in both design and reliability engineering.
• Demonstrated expertise in supporting critical power systems within industrial environments.
• Experience in managing end-to-end power systems, from substation design through distribution to final termination.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
• Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Managing electrical infrastructure from substation to final termination.
• Conduct site inspections to verify construction and maintenance work aligns with design specification.
• Develop and implement power reliability and power quality programs.
• Interface with contractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Support documentation and reporting for audits, safety reviews, and engineering change processes.
• Stay current with industry standards and emerging technologies to enhance system performance and reliability.

Compensation:

$110k to $120k base salary annually.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
