Job summary

Vertiv in Westerville, OH seeks an Environmental, Health, and Safety professional to implement and coordinate EHS programs across service centers. You will ensure training, compliance with laws, and safety initiatives that minimize incidents while maintaining site productivity.

The role requires 3–5 years in electrical/construction environments, strong analytical and communication skills, and a proactive safety mindset; significant travel is expected to support sites nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Occupational Health and Safety or Safety Science preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in Electrical work (low/medium voltage) and/or Construction.
• Strong organizational and research skills; strong analytical abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Broad knowledge of environmental, health, safety, NFPA 70E, regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive the personal and/or team implementation of safety initiatives.
• Promote safety culture and lead programs to improve overall safety culture.
• Assist with maintaining and reporting EHS metrics for the Electrical Reliability Services Business.
• Support safety training and safety audits; improve work hazards.
• Maintain records/logs as required by OSHA; provide site safety support.
