Job summary

Vertiv in Westerville, Ohio is looking for an Environmental, Safety, and Health Specialist responsible for implementing safety initiatives and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role includes promoting safety culture and supporting EHS metrics maintenance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, strong knowledge of electrical safety and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in electrical work or construction, alongside excellent communication and organizational skills.

This position requires 40–50% travel.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in electrical work (low and medium voltage) and/or construction.
• Broad knowledge of environmental, health, safety, NFPA 70E, and DOT regulatory compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the personal and/or team implementation of safety initiatives.
• Promote safety culture and lead programs to improve overall safety.
