Job summary

Vertiv in Dallas, Texas is seeking a dedicated professional to oversee environmental, safety, and health activities. The role involves ensuring training compliance, facilitating proactive safety programs, and supporting environmental initiatives to minimize accidents. This position will drive the implementation of corporate safety initiatives and engage all levels of the organization for a culture of safety.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in electrical work or construction, broad knowledge of safety regulations, and strong communication skills. 40–50% travel required.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in electrical work (low and medium voltage) and/or construction.
  • Broad knowledge of environmental, health, safety, NFPA 70E, electrical and DOT regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving the personal and/or team implementation of 'WE LEAD WITH SAFETY'.
  • Promoting our safety culture and leading programs to improve the company's overall safety culture.
  • Assist with maintaining and reporting of EHS metrics and records.
