Job summary

Universal Technical Institute in Utah seeks an Education Manager to lead the Education department and mentor instructors, ensuring top-tier, consistent education for our students. You will drive talent development, foster teamwork, and influence student success and campus results.

You will partner with instructors to continually elevate the learning experience, ensure compliance with accreditation standards, and advocate for staff growth and student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED accepted (equivalent experience considered).
• Experience: 5 years in teaching, management, or related field; FAA and A&P experience preferred.
• Skills: Project management, strategic thinking, and strong communication and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Education:Bachelor's Degree preferred, High School Diploma or GED accepted(equivalent experience considered).
• Experience:5 years of prior teaching, management, or related field experience, Aviation experience with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and A&P Certification is highly preferred
• Skills:Project Management and strategic thinking abilities.
• Skills:Excellent communication (verbal & written) and computer proficiency.
