Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical equivalent in electrical drafting or design.
• Experience with AutoCAD is required.
• Experience with Revit, Navisworks, or BIM software is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specs.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and revise electrical design drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Develop electrical equipment layouts, cable tray routing, and conduit drawings.
• Produce one-line diagrams, schematics, lighting layouts, and construction documents.
• Assist with 3D modeling and BIM coordination using Revit and Navisworks.
• Collaborate with electrical engineers, controls engineers, and project teams.
• Support projects serving industrial manufacturing and process facilities.
• Ensure drawings comply with standards, client requirements, and specs.
• Participate in design reviews and incorporate revisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and revise electrical design drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.

• Industrial, manufacturing, power distribution, or process industry experience is a plus.
