Job summary

PrideNow is seeking a senior technical leader to act as the primary interface between Customer Service, Engineering, field technicians, and customers. You will manage projects, lead a team of technicians, and work across cross-functional groups to deliver reliable equipment performance and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a strong background in engineering, manufacturing operations, and aseptic or sterile processes, with willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field or 10+ years of equivalent technical experience.
  • 8+ years of manufacturing operations experience including engineering, purchasing, materials control, technical support or administration.
  • Experience with PC/PLC-controlled systems, refrigeration systems, and vacuum systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, equipment manuals, and technical documentation.
  • Willingness to travel ~25% domestically and internationally; valid passport and driver’s license.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support domestic and international customers with high standard of technical service.
  • Promote safety culture (SHEQ) among employees, contractors, visitors, and customers.
  • Travel as needed to support customer requirements and field projects.
  • Develop spare parts and change-parts packages with Product Line Management.
  • Direct, coordinate, and manage technical solutions for field technicians and engineers.
  • Maintain and expand technical knowledge through continued education and certifications.

Pay Rate Range: $105,000 - $140,000/year, depending on experience
Job Type: Full-Time - HYBRID
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers requiring technical assistance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and effective technical solutions for customer equipment and process issues.
  • Conduct on-site customer visits to evaluate equipment, gather technical information, and determine appropriate solutions.
  • Serve as the primary technical interface between Customer Service, Engineering, field technicians, and customers.
  • Work with Product Line Management to develop spare parts and change-parts packages.
  • Perform project-related engineering activities in support of Customer Service projects.
  • Communicate equipment improvements, upgrades, modifications, and replacement options for obsolete components.
  • Direct, coordinate, and manage technical solutions for field technicians and engineers.
  • Apply product and process knowledge to improve equipment performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage a team of technicians, engineers, and administrative support personnel.
  • Support customers and internal teams in resolving complex mechanical, electrical, electro-mechanical, and process-related challenges.
  • Promote a strong culture of Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) among employees, contractors, visitors, and customers.
  • Maintain and expand technical knowledge through continuing education, seminars, certifications, training, and industry development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify equipment improvements and develop effective long-term solutions.
  • Support domestic and international customers while maintaining a high standard of technical service and professionalism.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field OR 10+ years of equivalent technical experience.
  • 8+ years of manufacturing operations experience, including engineering, purchasing, materials control, technical support, or administration.
  • Strong understanding of industrial manufacturing environments and production equipment.
  • Experience with PC/PLC-controlled systems, refrigeration systems, and vacuum systems.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electro-mechanical equipment, including PLC-controlled systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, equipment manuals, and technical documentation.
  • Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical tools used in pharmaceutical maintenance and technical support.
  • Strong customer service, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proven leadership experience in an industrial technical environment, such as maintenance, engineering, or technical service.
  • Experience working with both internal and external customers.
  • Experience working in multicultural and/or international environments.
  • Experience supporting equipment in sterile or aseptic manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge of aseptic filling equipment, including vials, syringes, cartridges, isolators, and VHP systems.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple technical priorities and customer needs.
  • Must be comfortable with short-notice travel when customer requirements arise.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time, or approximately one week per month.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
  • Valid driver's license and passport required.
