ConServ Building Services, LLC in Largo, FL seeks an experienced Electrical Division Manager to oversee the Electrical Division's operations, including project management, field supervision, estimating, budgeting, compliance, and team leadership.

An active electrical license and a Bachelor's degree with 5–10+ years in electrical engineering/maintenance, including 2–5 years in a supervisory role, are required. This is an on-site role with after-hours support and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must hold Electrical Contractor License.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5–10+ years electrical engineering/maintenance experience, with 2–5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electricians, technicians, and junior staff: scheduling, mentoring, evaluating performance, and training.
• Source and manage external vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee workmanship.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise electrical projects—from system design and installation to commissioning.
• Monitor preventative maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and system reliability.
• Develop, manage, and track departmental budget, including equipment, materials, and labor costs.
• Schedule resources and ensure timely ordering of parts and material.
• Maintain adherence to electrical codes and standards (NEC, NFPA, OSHA, IEC, UL).
• Conduct audits, inspections, and enforce safe practices.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, project plans, budgets, and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., facilities, safety, production) and report to senior management.
