Carolina HVAC & Electrical in the United States is seeking an experienced Electrical Manager to lead and grow our Electrical Department. This hands-on leadership role requires knowing the electrical trade, guiding a team, and owning results.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical trade knowledge.
• Experience leading and developing field employees.
• Knowledge of electrical codes, permitting, and inspections.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build and grow a department.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and hold electrical team members accountable.
• Oversee electrical service and installation operations.
• Help manage scheduling, manpower, and job assignments.
• Monitor job quality, inspections, and customer concerns.
• Ensure work meets company standards and applicable electrical codes.
• Develop electricians, helpers, apprentices, and future leaders.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management.
• Monitor department revenue, profitability, labor efficiency, and job costing.
• Improve processes and identify opportunities to increase efficiency.
• Oversee department safety and compliance.
• Coordinate material, equipment, inventory, and tool needs.
