The successful candidate will have a 4-year business-focused degree, 4+ years in electrical distribution, supervisory experience, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in business or related field.
• 4+ years of electrical distribution industry experience.
• 2-3 years supervisory/training experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.
