Koch Ag and Energy Solutions is seeking an Electrical Diagnostics Leader to join the KAES Monitoring & Diagnostics Capability, focusing on improving asset health and real-time performance across facilities.

The role will work with internal customers to analyze electrical data, identify potential problems early, recommend instrumentation improvements, and leverage technology to automate diagnosis while supporting multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Reliability or related field.
• Working knowledge of electrical theory, power distribution, motors, drives and PLC systems.
• Proficiency interpreting circuit diagrams and using electrical modeling software; applying data analytics to evaluate electrical system performance.
• Willing and able to travel to other sites as needed.

Responsabilités

• Leverage data to identify and diagnose potential or existing issues within electrical equipment, contributing to predictive maintenance and preventing costly downtime.
• Remotely diagnose issues such as insulation degradation, overheating, corrosion, and mechanical fatigue.
• Communicate findings and provide recommendations for corrective actions to site teams.
• Collaborate with site teams, operations personnel, and engineers to implement solutions and improve equipment reliability.
• Contribute to the development of equipment maintenance strategies based on asset data.
• Manage and maintain electrical data that supports analytical applications.
• Assist with failure analysis to determine root causes and help prevent recurrence.
