Job summary

Koch Ag and Energy Solutions is seeking a Monitoring Analyst to join the KAES Monitoring Capability to advance application of technology in the process and equipment health monitoring space. The role focuses on detecting deviations in real time and enabling faster, better decisions across multiple facilities.

You will build models, validate issues, and provide actionable insights to improve asset performance. The role requires collaboration with cross-site teams and travel up to 25% as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Operations or Process industry experience (understanding of chemical processes and associated equipment).
• Willing and able to travel 10% to 25% to other sites.

Responsibilities

• Leverage technology to automatically identify deviations, anomalies, trends, potential problems.
• Reviewing processes/assets of responsibility.
• Validate potential issues and notify appropriate site contacts.
• Provide visibility and actionable insights to constraints that hinder asset and process performance.
• Communicate potential for asset failure and process performance deficiencies to the sites well before failure occurs.
• Build and maintain models that will automatically detect process and asset anomalies.
• Work with monitoring team and site resources on chronic problems or large opportunities.
• Support the development of work processes and tools to effectively deliver value to our partner sites.
