Job summary

ManpowerGroup seeks two Electrical Designers in the Madison, WI area to support manufacturing engineering. You will develop wiring diagrams, schematics, and equipment schedules using SWE or AutoCAD Electrical, ensuring accuracy for customer submittals.

Ideal candidates have a background in Electrical Engineering or related field, experience with electrical drawings, and solid NEC knowledge. Visa restrictions are noted; this is a direct hire opportunity with excellent early-career potential.

Qualifications

• Academic background in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent hands-on electrical experience.
• Experience with electrical drawings, schematics, and documentation in an engineering, manufacturing, or construction environment.
• Strong NEC knowledge and familiarity with electrical codes.

Responsibilities

• Build and review initial electrical drawing sets for customer submittal.
• Develop wiring diagrams, schematics, and equipment schedules using SWE or AutoCAD Electrical.
• Perform conduit and wire fill calculations per NEC.
• Review project specs and communicate impacts to the team.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve issues.
