Job summary

Maverick Power is seeking an Electrical Designer to support the design and documentation of power distribution products and integrated electrical systems. You will translate layouts, schematics, and customer requirements into accurate drawings and BOMs, working closely with Electrical Engineers and other teams.

You will create and maintain electrical drawings, one-line and three-line diagrams, control schematics, and related documentation using AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical, and SolidWorks

Qualifications

• Must have strong CAD skills and experience with electrical design documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and customer specs.
• Experience creating and maintaining BOMs, drawing packages, and production support docs.

Responsibilities

• Create, revise, and maintain electrical drawings using CAD tools.
• Develop one-line, three-line diagrams, control schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Read schematics, customer specs, vendor drawings, and mfg markups; translate into manufacturable packages.
• Develop and maintain BOMs and ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Support design reviews and design-for-manufacturing improvements; collaborate with engineers and procurement.
