Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Technology.
• 10+ years of mechanical design experience.
• Experience with 3D CAD, preferably SolidWorks.
• Experience with BOMs, drawings, and testing plans.

Responsibilities

• Mechanical design for low and medium voltage switchgear and panels.
• Evaluate drawings and specifications to meet customer requirements.
• Design electrical enclosures meeting UL/ANSI/IEEE safety standards.
• Create bills of materials and work with manufacturing.
• Develop test plans for validation and certification.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external labs for testing.
• Lead cross-functional interactions to optimize product solutions.
• Support process improvement and write technical documentation.
