Henderson Engineers is seeking a Designer III to design building systems, prepare design documents, and perform engineering calculations in coordination with project teams. The role includes mentoring junior designers, supporting project management, and ensuring design quality across disciplines.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in engineering, strong Revit and Bluebeam skills, and may have FE exam plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam Revu is required.
• FE exam is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design basic to advanced building systems and prepare design documents.
• Review drawings for conformance to plans and specs.
• Provide technical guidance and serve as team leader.
• Support project management activities and client coordination.
• Proactively share knowledge and improve processes.
