Job summary

Henderson Engineers is seeking a Designer II to design intermediate building systems, produce design documents, and perform engineering calculations with project teams. The role includes occasional task management and mentoring of junior designers.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in engineering and experience with Revit; FE is preferred. You will support client coordination, site visits, and design guideline adherence within a team-driven, ESOP company culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent with relevant experience.
• FE exam preferred or in progress.
• Proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam Revu expected.

Responsibilities

• Design intermediate building systems and prepare design documents.
• Coordinate with project teams and mentor junior designers.
• Review drawings for conformance and support project management tasks.
• Assist in client communications and site visits to verify conditions.
